Named after our beloved cat Grayson — who always found the highest perch in the room — this home is a small but meaningful place to land, rest, and take it all in.

This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is designed to be a comfortable and easy home base for your time in Stowe.

The main living area offers a warm, inviting place to unwind after a day out, with large windows that bring in natural light and showcase the mountain views. Whether you’re enjoying a slow morning coffee or winding down in the evening, it’s a space that encourages you to relax and take it all in.

The kitchen is fully equipped for simple meals and snacks, while the dining area provides a comfortable spot to gather before heading out or after a full day of exploring.

Both bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, offering a quiet place to rest and recharge. With two full bathrooms, the layout allows for ease and flexibility whether you’re traveling as a couple, family, or small group.

While the condo is not oversized, it’s thoughtfully laid out to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay — especially for those who plan to spend their days enjoying the mountain, trails, and town.

TRASH: Please dispose of trash in designated areas within the community. Trash and recycling bins are by the office area to reduce attractants and help minimize bear activity near residential areas.

*Water Disclosure
The EPA and State of Vermont have issued a “Do Not Drink” order for tap water at Mountainside Resort. Tap water should not be used for drinking, cooking, or any consumptive use. It is safe for bathing, showering, and washing clothes.
Bottled water is available daily at the pool center from 9 AM to 9 PM, and this unit is also supplied with a water cooler for guest use. Mountainside Resort is actively working on installing the necessary filtration system to resolve the issue.

The Location
Located in the Mountainside Condos off Mountain Road, this home sits right between Stowe Mountain Resort and Stowe Village — giving you the best of both. You’re just minutes from the slopes, trails, restaurants, and shops, while still enjoying a quieter, tucked-away setting above it all.

Getting There
Stowe is about a 40–60 minute drive from Burlington International Airport (BTV). From there, take I-89 to Waterbury (Exit 10), then follow Route 100 North into Stowe and continue onto Mountain Road.

For those driving in:

• From the south (New York, Connecticut, southern Vermont): Take I-91 or I-89 North, then connect to I-89 North toward Burlington. Exit at Waterbury and follow Route 100 North into Stowe.

• From the east (Boston, Massachusetts, New Hampshire): Take I-93 North to I-89 North via Concord, NH, then follow I-89 into Vermont. Exit at Waterbury and continue on Route 100 North into Stowe.

Driving is the easiest way to explore the area, though shuttle services and private transportation are also available.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
